Our wines

The production of small volumes of wine directly at the winery ensures high quality of processing. Thanks to the excellent location of the vineyard and the optimal use of the local terroir the wines achieve natural high sugar content at harvest. Together with fine acidity and sparkly colour, they result in a delightful balance of aroma, appearance and taste.

Grappa

Grappa, an Italian pomace brandy derived from grapes, is traditionally enjoyed as a post-dinner digestif. At our winery, we meticulously distill the pomace, which includes skins, seeds, and stems left after the first grape pressing. The resulting spirit is then aged in oak barrels for 6-8 months, imparting authentic woody aromas and a golden tint. This process exemplifies the utmost extraction of the raw material’s essence, resulting in an exceptopnal product.

Our grappas are categorized based on their aging period. The youngest, known as “Bianca” (white), is bottled shortly after distillation. It possesses a clear, dry, and pure taste. With extended maturation in barrels, it achieves the title of “Affinata” (mature) after aging for 12 to 18 months, “Vecchia” (old) within the same time frame, and “Riserva” for over 18 months of aging.
